Terms of use

Reel Studio PRO ("the course", "we") is an online course about planning and filming Instagram reels. Seller: [company name, registered address and registration number]. Contact: kkomor.work@gmail.com.

You need an account to use the course. You sign in with an email link or with Google. With an active free trial or subscription you get personal, online access to the course: lessons, filming checklists, shot lists, challenges, homework and all updates for as long as your access lasts. Access is for one person and cannot be shared, resold or copied.

Everything we wrote or made (texts, shot lists, tips, illustrations, the app) belongs to us. You may use what you learn to make your own reels as much as you like.

The course shows public Instagram reels as learning examples. They are shown only through Instagram's own official embed: the video stays on Instagram's servers, the creator is always named, and a tap takes you to the original post.

• These videos belong to their creators. We do not own, sell or license them, and buying the course does not give you any right to them.
• We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Meta or the creators shown.
• A creator or Instagram can remove or hide a video at any time. If that happens, we replace or remove that example. This is not a defect of the course.
• Our shot lists teach you to make your own version of an idea, with your own face, place and story. Do not re-upload anyone else's video.

• Free trial: you get 7 days free. A card is required to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the 7 days. If you cancel before the 7 days end, you pay nothing.
• Price after the trial: $19 per month, or $99 per year (the yearly plan saves 57%). Prices are in USD. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies.
• Auto renewal: when the trial ends, your chosen plan starts and your card is charged. It then renews every month or every year until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime: you can cancel from the Account page. Your access stays until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, nothing more is charged.
• Payment provider: payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
• Price changes: if we change the price, we tell you by email in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it starts.

Start with the 7 day free trial to see if the course is right for you. You can cancel anytime in the trial and you pay nothing.

Once a paid period has started, we do not refund it, unless the law where you live says we must. If you live in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the course is digital content that starts right away, at checkout we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and that you lose the right to withdraw once you start using the content after the trial. If something is wrong, write to us and we will look at every request fairly.

• Film safely and legally: respect other people, private property and local rules when you film in public.
• Results on Instagram depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise any number of views, followers or income.
• Your progress is saved to your account, so you can use it on all your devices. Keep your sign in details safe and do not share your account.

We take care that the course works and is accurate, but we provide it as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

We keep as little data as possible: your email address and sign in data, your course progress and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle your card data. See our Privacy policy for details. Example videos are loaded from Instagram, which may set its own cookies under Instagram's own privacy policy.
