Privacy policy

The data controller is the seller of Reel Studio PRO: [company name, registered address and registration number]. Contact for anything about your data: kkomor.work@gmail.com.

• Account and sign in: your email address and sign in data (for example your Google account sign in, if you use it). This is stored by Supabase, our login and database provider.
• Subscription: your subscription status (for example trial, active or cancelled, and when your paid period ends). Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle your card data. We never see or store your card details.
• Access: your account and subscription status, so only people with a trial or active plan can open the course.
• Progress: which lessons and ideas you finished. It is tied to your account and stored with Supabase, so it works on all your devices.
• Messages: what you write to us by email.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short server logs (IP address, time, page) for security.

We do not use ads, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.

• To give you your account and the course you signed up for (contract).
• To keep invoices and tax records (legal obligation).
• To keep the site safe and working (legitimate interest).

Example videos are shown with the official Instagram, TikTok and YouTube players. When a video loads, your browser connects to that platform (Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; TikTok: TikTok Technology Ltd.; YouTube: Google Ireland Ltd.), which may set its own cookies and process your data under Instagram's privacy policy. Our own site stores only small settings in your browser, for example your progress and whether you closed the cookie notice.

• Stripe, our payment provider (to take payment, handle card data and VAT, and tell us your subscription status).
• Supabase, our login and database provider (to store your account, sign in data, progress and subscription status).
• Our hosting provider (to run the site).
• Our email provider (to answer you).

Some of them may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Account, progress and subscription status: as long as you have an account, then up to 12 months after you close it. Invoices and tax records: as long as tax law requires (usually 5 years). Server logs: up to 30 days.

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, object to its use or limit it. Write to kkomor.work@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
